1. How to order our products?

Here are the process to teach you how to order our products,example of shopping bag:

(1).Please tell us the order quantity?

(2).Please choose the bag style from our products list.

(3).Please offer us the bag size,(Width)X(Height)X(Gusset/Bottom).

(4).Please tell us the material of the bag?And the specification of the material,like thickness,or density.

(5).Please choose the bag colour from our colour chart or our physical colour swatch.

(6).Please send us your LOGO if want a LOGO prinnting on the bag?

(7).We will make the bag mockup(LOGO design proof) for your approval.

(8).After approving the bag mockup(LOGO design proof),we will make a sample before mass production for your approval.

(9).Please send us the payment to start the order,we will advise the production time & delivery date when we quote you the prices.

For other products,it's same order process with above-mentioned bag order process,thank you!!

2. What's the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

(1).Our standard minimun order quantity (MOQ) as follows:

Shopping bags(without lamination):1000pcs

Lamination bags & plastic bags:5000pcs

Packing boxes:1000pcs

Key Chain:1000pcs

(2). If your order quantity less than our minimun order quantity (MOQ),we will try our best to help you on this & give you the best suggestion for very small orders.

3. Can we print the LOGO on the products?

(1).Yes,please send us your LOGO artwork,any format is ok for us,but the resolution should be high.

(2).We will advise the printing types for your LOGO on the bag,we usually have 3 types printing,as follows:

Type 1:Screen prinnting for solid colour artwork.

Type 2:Heat-transfer printing for full colours artwork,the largest prinnting area is around 25X25cm.

Type 3:OPP film lamination printing for full colours artwork.

(3).Other products are free design too.

4. Can we choose the bag colour?

(1).You could choose our standard fabric colour in stock,as follows:

(2).For more stock colours,we could send our fabric colour swatch for your choice.

(3).For specific colour,you could choose from any colour for your bags on the Pantone Matching System (PMS) range,but the order quantity should be 10,000pcs at least,so we could dye colour.

5. Can we choose the Pantone colour for the products?

Yes,Pantone colours are available for our products colour,printing ink colour.

6. Can we get a sample from you?

Old clients:sample is free,sample shipping cost is free(Except some complicated products if need to set up plates or moulds).

New clients:we will charge the sample cost & sample shipping cost in the first 3 orders.So please try your best to be our long-term clients: )

7. How can we become your sole distributor?

If you can sell our products USD10,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD50,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.
